I’ve had a severe back injury and two back surgeries. I know how debilitating persistent and chronic pain can be. When you can’t walk upstairs, drive, work – it really takes it’s toll. My own back injury led me to take a course in Swedish massage, which kickstarted my passion for healing.
Many courses and specialisms later, I stand all day doing quite a physical job – so I’m getting something right!
